CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICIES Our sessions have a No Refund Policies after a certain date (usually June 15 for summer camps/training, The dates will be stated in the Terms and Conditions section of the application. There is no credit given for cancelled sessions either, but you can often transfer from one summer session to another summer session with permission of the director, if space allows)
Masspike Volleyball needs to commit financially to gym rental, staff, insurance, equipment etc and cannot operate successfully if we refunded fees even in the case of illness, injury and family emergencies). Please read all our 2016 financial policies, stated on the online camper application before you press submit and sign up. SMALL GROUP LESSONS: PAYMENT PROCESS ( different than 3-5 day camps/clinics)
LESSON PAYMENT IS MADE at the session CASH PREFERRED. However, a credit card is filed to be used as a back up payment option, should you forget cash, cancel or just not show up.
CANCELLATIONS AND MONEY OWED a. These 1 hour sessions have limited space and once you are accepted into a 1 hour small group lesson, you are financially obligated to that lesson. If you cancel a 1 hour summer smal grouplesson, in writing, by July 1, then a charge of $10 per 1 hour lesson cancelled will be charged to your credit card account. After July 1, if you cancel, you will owe the full session fee and that fee will be charged to your credit card. (regardless of the reason) b. At the discretion of the Masspike Director, If there is session space and staffing availability, a player may change into a different summer small group lesson without any additional fees. c. With written permission of the Masspike Director, the applicant, that needs to cancel, can find an equivalent replacement (same age, gender, skill level). That replacement would need to fill out a full application on line and supply required medical forms. A small fee may be charged for this replacement process

CAMP CANCELLATION INSURANCE thru TripMate/Campminder. For those that want to protect their fees against cancellation, you will now have an option to sign up for this insurance during the application process. Masspike is not involved in the insurance enrollment and payment. You will go to Tripmate’s site, during the application, to pay for that separately. In order to enroll for the cancellation insurance, you must sign up at the time of session application and you must insure all session for which you’ve applied on that particular application.
Campminder, our online application company, has contracted with TripMate to provide this insurance option. Tripmate has been offering this insurance for about 10 years. There are 2 types of policies, with different cost structures.
a. Cancel fo medical/emergency reasons. Minimum fee=$30 or 5% of total camp fees on that particular application.
b. Cancel for any reason. Minimum fee = $45 or 7.5% of total camp fees on that particular application. .

A CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED TO BE ON FILEwith your application. In most cases, full payment will be charged to that card upon enrollment. (see Small Group lessons below for a different payment process) You are not enrolled until the director reviews your apoplication, ensuring the session has opening for your level.
REQUIRED MEDICAL FORMSREQUIRED MEDICAL FORMS for SUMMER and FEB VACATION SESSIONS ONLY - NOT needed for FALL SESSIONS but can submit (exam/immunization records required by the MA Board of Health-a $50 fee will be charged for those failing to submit their forms within 48 hours of submission so have them ready to submit after the application. The application must be done first, then the med forms If you are going to upload forms, they must be in pdf format. If you can't convert to pdf, you can fax the forms with a barcoded cover sheet.(see instructions) If you have med forms on file from a previous camp session, if they meet the BOH requirements, you do not need to resubmit.
