Our online application process (first time) can take more than 15 min. We ask a lot of questions. We appreciate your taking the time to provide all the necessary info. You will be asked to provide your email address as a login and establish a password. (they can be reset if you forget later) After you apply once, most of the info will prepopulate in future applications and it will be faster.
Our online system does cause difficulties for some people. But most are fine. Please contact us if you have trouble rather than struggling on your own. Step 1: Read the Masspike Financial Policies( 5.3 for Small Group lessons, 5.4 for Fall Combo clinics)
Step 2: Forms/Info to Gather before Starting the Application (returning applicants, this info will already be in the system if you use your login email and password)
A. Camper's Health Inurance Policy No/Carrier B. Payment info. The application will collect credit card info, but nothing will be billed until you are actually enrolled in a session. That will be explained on the application and subsequent email. Only Credit Card Payment is accepted for the session deposit. (email if that is an issue) C. Camper's Positions/Playing Experience information (ask player to assess their hitting/serving rank for lessons)
D. Exam Immunization records submission is optional (NOT REQUIRED) for Fall Clinic Participants but is required for all Summer and Feb vacation participants
New to Masspike - You'll need to provide your email address and create a password. Been here before: The Online Camp In Touch system will recognize your email as your username and ask for a Password. Don't panic if you don't have one or you forgot it - just ask to send a reset invitation and follow instructions. If you've applied before, most of your info will be on the system and will save you time.
Do not exit your application without submitting or saving the application or you will lose your info.
Step 4: After Submission- Follow On Screen Instructions,if any
Step 5: Look for Application Received email. (a few min after application submission) At this point, you are not yet accepted and haven't been billed. The admin staff will go thru the received application and make sure you signed up for an appropriate level session and that there is space in a court specific for your level or move groups around if possible to accept additional people. We appreciate your patience in this process.
Step 6: Continue to check for a enrollment status email. (enrolled, waitlisted or none/not accepted) with additional info about the session. Most people who are waitlisted or not accepted are called.
If you don't hear from us in 1-3 business days after submission, please email
email@example.com to ask about your status. Your confirmation could have gone to junk mail. Make sure you accept emails from campminder.com and masspikevolleyball.com
